its most striking feature is the inset flat screen television,
also notice the one-eighth inch grout joints, the arch and keystone,
and the hand carved corbels supporting the above mantelpiece. |

| Shadowbrook
Restaurant Over a period of six years, Garcia Masonry completed many of Shadowbrook's latest renovation projects, including hillside terracing, walkways, and the Rock Room bar & lounge. We were successfully able to overcome several challenges presented by this long-term project, such as the steep work site, difficult access, and the restaurant remaining open for business during renovations. The staircase, bench, and fireplace are all constructed with steel and solid green serpentine rock. |

Residence Blue Stone, Hillsborough Rock This extensive porch features irregular blue flagstone with consistent one-half inch grout joints. A second special feature is the use of Schluter-DITRA, a waterproofing membrane installed at the underside of natural stone accommodate moisture and prevent cracks from pressure.
